Valley View

After spending a night at the Curry Village in almost freezing temperature, I drove around the Yosemite Valley the next morning for different scenes. Because the valley is surrounded by tall mountains, lighting was a really challenging issue.
Having taken some amazing photos at the Devil's Elbow, I paused at the Valley View as the final stop before leaving Yosemite. What a view it was! It was yet another great photographic spot for reflection with beautiful backdrop, especially in a season when green turned yellow and red. I was glad I didn't miss this spot as I had the previous day. In my opinion, the autumn edition of Yosemite offers a much different experience than a spring/summer visit. All is left now is the winter days I have yet to seen. So long, until then.
