Powder Snow

A slight rain shower hit toward the end of our Death Valley camping trip. Since our tent was not water resistant, we packed up early and drove to Wildrose (4100 feet elevation) and slept the night in the car.
When we were driving to Charcoal Kilns (around 6800 feet elevation) the next morning, we encountered fresh snow and warm sunlight on the way. We could not resist the golden moment and quickly captured a bunch of photographs. Here is one that I like -- fresh snow on some green leaves -- could not have captured this without the amazing film.
