After shooting overhead the 110 freeway and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, I cruised over the Little Tokyo for dinner. Seeing that the Kula got a long waiting list, I explored the Japanese Village for other options.
Besides the giant Christmas tree outside of Nijiya Market, a street artist was performing nearby. I did not pay much attention the first time I walked by because he was adjusting his instruments, but he began singing when I walked by again. Raising my camera, which he didn't seem bothered, and I took a shot of them. It was not until today, that I realised this man, Arthur Nakane, actually has more fame than I anticipated. In fact, Mr. Nakane has his own page on Wikipedia. Never judge a cover by its book, I suppose.
